1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns or replacements only in the following cases:
📌 Perishable items (fruits, vegetables, dairy, frozen items) are non-returnable unless damaged or expired at the time of delivery or pickup.

Once items are taken from the store, returns may not be accepted unless a valid issue is reported within 24 hours.

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
