1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns or replacements only in the following cases:

  • Damaged products

  • Expired products

  • Incorrect items delivered

📌 Perishable items (fruits, vegetables, dairy, frozen items) are non-returnable unless damaged or expired at the time of delivery or pickup.


2. Return Request Time

  • Customers must report issues within 24 hours of delivery or store pickup.

  • Requests made after this period may not be accepted.


3. Home Delivery Orders

  • Please check items at the time of delivery.

  • Damaged or incorrect items must be reported immediately or within 24 hours.


4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • Refunds for COD orders will be processed via bank transfer, UPI, or store credit, as applicable.

  • Cash refunds are not provided.


5. Local Store Pickup

  • Items must be checked at the time of pickup.

  • Once items are taken from the store, returns may not be accepted unless a valid issue is reported within 24 hours.


6. Refund Process

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Online payment refunds will be made to the original payment method.


7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Opened or used products

  • Perishable goods (unless damaged/expired)

  • Items returned without original packaging


8. Cancellation & Refund

  • Orders cancelled before dispatch are eligible for a full refund.

  • Orders cancelled after dispatch or pickup-ready status are not refundable.


9. Final Decision

Shane Punjab Grocery reserves the right to approve or reject any return or refund request after inspection.
